First thoughts: if I remember right, this time D2K is about "stealth", being sneaky and ninja-like--is that right? I'm gonna riff on that (hoping my memory isn't faulty).
Go beyond the mask. Remember big shapes first? Big ideas first, too. What's the thing that makes this outfit stealthy? I see crustacean and immediately think of decorator crabs. Is that the purpose of the outfit? Going about concealed on land or under water? How does the overall shape of the outfit reflect its' source? Don't worry about textures right now. Gun for the overall concept!
